Information you give us:

• Your name or company name, WhatsApp/mobile number, email address and delivery address.
• Logos, images, text and designs you upload or create in our product designer.
• Order details such as products, colours, sizes and quantities, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• A login cookie that keeps you signed in (see "Cookies" below).
• Designs and order choices saved in your own browser so you don't lose your work.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.

• To create your account and log you in with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.
• To print your design, process your order, arrange delivery and send you order updates.
• If you are logged in, to save the designs you create to your account, and to contact you on WhatsApp to help you finish an order you started.
• To reply to your questions, quotes and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of our website.
• To keep records required by law, such as invoices and tax records.
• To send you offers only if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run our service:

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• MSG91 — to send login codes and order messages on WhatsApp.
• Shiprocket and courier partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
• Hosting and database providers (such as Vercel and Supabase) — to run our website and store orders securely.
• Government or law enforcement — only when required by law.

We use the logos and designs you upload only to show previews and to produce your order. We may keep them so you can re-order easily. We will not use your logo or design in our advertising or show it publicly without your permission.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We also save your designs, order choices and delivery details in your browser's storage so you can continue where you left off. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings, or from "My Account" on our website.

Our website uses secure (HTTPS) connections, one-time login codes and signed login cookies, and only authorised people can access order information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to complete your orders, and for longer only where the law requires it (for example, tax and invoice records).

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete it (unless we must keep it by law), or
• stop sending you offers.

To do this, contact our Grievance Officer below. We will respond as soon as possible and within the time required by law.

Our website is meant for people aged 18 and above. Anyone younger should use it only with a parent or guardian.
